DESCRIPTION:First Friday is a free community-inspired all day event spanning the Vineyard Haven Harbor\, an MCC designated Cultural District on Martha’s Vineyard.\n\n\nStarted in 2017 and based on the nation-wide “First Friday” art walks\, we celebrate the local art and culture of our island each first Friday of the month June – October and December. \n\nWhere and When?\n\n\nSept 4 • Oct 2 • Dec 4\n\n\nRunning all throughout our Vineyard Haven Harbor Cultural District.You can walk right off the ferry and into the middle of our harbor town. \n\n\n\n\n\nAll Day – Support local businesses in town (some even run specials on First Fridays!) \n​ \n​10am – 2pm – Daytime Art Market on Beach St. Ext. with local artists and participating galleries. \n​ \n5pm – 11pm – Head towards Owen Park for local food and artist vendors\, with live music on the beach followed by a silent disco.
